Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This dryer exhaust was never properly vented to the outside.  Among other issues in the crawl space this needed to be rectified. During encapsulation of the crawl space the Dr. Energy Saver Delmarva team has properly vented and sealed this dryer exhaust so that unwanted hot air and debris from the dryer will no longer be directed to the crawl space. 

The before image is of an old wooden-framed window looking into the crawl space of a Delmarva home.  This framing has cracks and spaces allowing air and water to enter into the crawl space.  The after picture shows a newly installed window, completely sealed prevention any energy loss through the crawl space and damage from water.

This old, rusty crawl space door is no match for the elements.  This is why Dr. Energy Saver installed one of our durable plastic crawl space doors.  It is easily installed and properly sealed to prevent air and moisture leaks.  It also will not rust like the door before it.
