I pretty much worked with John Carpenter for all of the above! I felt comfortable asking questions & he explained everything I didn’t understand. He really cares about the job he is doing & is like that for whatever job he does! He’s cleaned our dryer vent & this time insulated it and put in a dehumidifier that works great. He is a real professional which is hard to find these days!
