Then the inspector works with you to decide which issue you would like to work on first, and which upgrades you would like to hold off on until a later date.

This process helps us make sure we address the areas of your home you would like fixed versus what we think you should fix without your consideration. We will make recommendations, but if you tell our inspectors it’s not something you want to look at right now they will say, “OK,” and move on to what you do want.
