With summer in full swing EVERY critter big and small on the DelMarVa Peninsula is out and about enjoying the weather. Many of these creatures communicate to others in their species, creating a prodigious rhythm at night. For many, including myself, they find the cadence to be calming and peaceful. When we have had our fill of nature's lullaby we retire indoors to peace and quite. However, others on DelMarVa are not so lucky. They can't seem to get away from the sound.
"It's almost as if they are in the house with me," is a commonly heard complaint. Most are surprised to find that while these creatures aren't living indoors with them, they are living under them. Frogs and spider crickets like the ones pictured are infamous for creating homes in crawl spaces. They thrive in dark, damp areas.
Call Dr. Energy Saver Delmarva today for your no-cost, no-risk, no-obligation inspection and estimate! Whether you live in Delaware or eastern shore Maryland areas like Hartly, Preston, Hurlock, Fruitland, Trappe, Westover or even Whaleyville, we are proud to handle ALL of your home comfort needs! In order to get rid of them you need to take "damp" out of that equation. Having a dry, encapsulated crawl space will deter these critters from wanting to set up camp under your home. If the sounds of summer are keeping you up at night you may have unwanted guests invading your crawl space.
