Here in Cambridge, Maryland, a local contractor experienced issues pertaining to their duct work inside the newly constructed home. In order for a homeowner to move into a new home, contractors have to meet the IECC(Internation Energy Code Compliance) test in which they did not. Due to multiple issues and timing, the contractors were scrambling to fix the problem because the homeowners were scheduled to move in the next day!
